REQUIREMENTS FOR SUBMISSION OF A COMPLAINT

Any person or organisation alleging that an NGO has not complied with the NGO Act, 2016 or Regulations 2017 has a right to complain to the NGO Bureau by filling a complaint. A complaint can be filled online by clicking here or physically using the procedure below:

HOW TO SUBMIT A COMPLAINT

Submission of the complaint should be made to the NGO Bureau in hardcopy in a well labelled spring file. For ease of crosschecking and verification, documents in the spring file should be arranged according to the order in this table of requirements.
