ISSUANCE OF AN INSPECTION REPORT

The NGO Bureau conducts investigations on NGOs with alleged cases and carries out background checks on Key issues that the NGO Bureau may require. Upon conducting an inspection exercise, Inspector(s) submit reports detailing the findings of the investigation to the Executive Director.

The Executive Director shall give a copy of the report to the Organisation under investigation and to the complainant. However,  subject to the Access to Information Act, 2005, any person may request a copy of the report upon payment of the Prescribed Fee.
